I suggest yous to perform SFC scan and bank check if that helps. The sfc/scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.

I did the SFC scan and got "wiindows Resource Protection did not detect any integrity violations."
also did the Windows x Troubleshooter. and again no outcome. and after that during use and while not in employ apps yet keep opening, this fourth dimension in 3H time 2x calculator and 1 foto'due south app

I'm getting similar problem. Fifty-fifty when I close the computer it will start new windows and apps on its own. I can hear it! Maybe its possessed. It is however getting very very abrasive and its only happened since I upgraded to ten so it needs fixing!

The apps appear to open alongside COM Surrogates and run in tandem with Microsoft Script Host and Microsoft Software Spying ("Protection service" that actually does not protect).
Windows 10 is full of spyware and malware right from the factory. Disabling most of it renders Win10 a slower, crippled version of itself only I find that every time Microsoft Script Host opens, my latency during play on an online game goes from nether 20ms to over 180ms with spikes up to 2400ms and disconnection, all because Microsoft wants to steal my information and invade my privacy.
The performance issues have been scientifically deduced to exist caused by Microsoft Script Host and the COM surrogates, whatever it is that they do. It doesn't bother me enough to do a total dump of the files and decrypt them, every bit that is a massive PITA.
Some other data leak, which is not as severe, is the Microsoft Settings Synchronization and the Software "Protection" service. The trouble is immediately noticable shortly afterward the Script Host turns itself on and goes away immediately post-obit the strength finish of the Script Host. I accept no malware and am absolutely certain of that. I work in Information technology.
